ItsMyType is a creative AI assisted font generation tool. It allows users to create font files from prompts, uploaded images, sketches, handwriting samples, lettering, visual references, or other inputs provided by the user.

ItsMyType is designed to help users create original and expressive fonts. It is not intended to copy, trace, imitate, reproduce, recreate, or reverse engineer existing fonts, brand logos, copyrighted lettering, commercial typefaces, or another designer’s work.

You are fully responsible for the prompt, image, sketch, reference, text, artwork, file, or other material you provide to ItsMyType.

By using ItsMyType, you confirm that your input is one of the following:

1. Original material created by you.
2. Material owned by you.
3. Material that you have permission, license, or legal authority to use.
4. Material that is legally safe for your intended use.

You must not upload, submit, describe, reference, or use any material that infringes or may infringe copyright, trademark, design rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, moral rights, database rights, contractual rights, licensing terms, or any other third party rights.

If you are unsure whether you have the right to use any input, do not use it with ItsMyType.

You must not use ItsMyType to create, assist, or attempt to create any font or output that:

1. Copies, recreates, traces, imitates, clones, or reverse engineers an existing font or commercial typeface.
2. Copies or recreates a brand logo, wordmark, lettering system, mascot, signature, campaign style, packaging style, or protected brand identity.
3. Is based on copyrighted images, posters, books, advertisements, screenshots, websites, packaging, merchandise, artwork, or design material unless you have permission to use them.
4. Is based on another designer’s work without permission.
5. Is intended to confuse people into believing that the generated font is associated with, endorsed by, licensed by, or created by another designer, foundry, company, brand, or rights holder.
6. Violates any third party license, including licenses for fonts, stock assets, design templates, software, or creative tools.
7. Violates any law, regulation, court order, or contractual obligation.
8. Is harmful, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.
9. Is used to impersonate another person, company, brand, institution, artist, designer, or rights holder.
10. Is used to create counterfeit, misleading, or unauthorized commercial material.

We reserve the right to block, remove, restrict, suspend, or delete any input, output, account, download, or use of the service that we believe may violate these Terms, harm ItsMyType, harm WowMakers, harm another user, or expose any person or organization to legal risk.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the font generated by ItsMyType for personal or commercial purposes.

This means you may use the generated font in projects such as branding, websites, social media content, posters, presentations, packaging, merchandise, publications, client work, internal business materials, and other creative or commercial uses.

However, your right to use the generated font depends on the legality of your input and your use of the output.

You may only use a generated font personally or commercially if:

1. Your input does not infringe any third party rights.
2. Your input is original, owned by you, or used with permission.
3. Your generated font does not knowingly copy, imitate, or recreate protected third party material.
4. Your use of the generated font does not violate copyright, trademark, design rights, font licensing rules, brand rights, or any other applicable laws.
5. Your use does not mislead people about the source, ownership, originality, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation of the font.

ItsMyType does not grant you any rights in third party material. If your input is based on someone else’s font, logo, artwork, brand, lettering, or protected material, you are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions before using the generated font.

You retain any rights you already have in the input you provide to ItsMyType.

By submitting input to ItsMyType, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, transform, display, generate, store, and provide outputs from that input for the purpose of operating, improving, securing, and supporting the service.

You confirm that you have the right to grant this license to us.

You are responsible for keeping your own backup copies of any input or generated output. We are not responsible for storing, preserving, or recovering user files, generated fonts, or previous generations.

Subject to these Terms, ItsMyType allows you to use the generated font for personal and commercial purposes.

However, we do not guarantee that the generated font is unique, exclusive, registrable, protectable, trademarkable, copyrightable, non infringing, or suitable for any specific legal or commercial purpose.

Because AI assisted systems may create similar outputs for different users, you understand and agree that:

1. Other users may generate fonts or outputs that are similar to yours.
2. Your generated font may resemble existing fonts, lettering styles, design trends, or common typographic forms.
3. We cannot guarantee exclusive ownership over any generated output.
4. We cannot guarantee that a generated font will qualify for copyright, trademark, design registration, or any other intellectual property protection.
5. We cannot guarantee that a generated font is safe for use in logos, trademarks, large commercial campaigns, client projects, regulated industries, or high visibility public work.

Before using a generated font in any important commercial, client, public, trademark, brand identity, packaging, merchandise, advertising, or legal context, you should carry out your own clearance checks and seek professional legal advice where appropriate.

Fonts, letters, symbols, and typographic styles can share common shapes, proportions, curves, strokes, weights, and visual characteristics.

A generated font may accidentally look similar to an existing font, logo, lettering style, or design.

ItsMyType does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any generated font is free from similarity to existing works.

You are solely responsible for reviewing the generated font before using it. If the output appears too similar to an existing font, logo, typeface, wordmark, brand, or designer’s work, you should not use it.

ItsMyType may allow you to download generated font files in formats such as OTF, WOFF, or other supported formats.

Generated font files are provided as generated by the system. You are responsible for testing them before using them in websites, applications, print production, software, merchandise, client projects, or commercial environments.

We do not guarantee that generated fonts will:

1. Work perfectly in all browsers, devices, operating systems, software, design tools, or production workflows.
2. Include every character, symbol, language, glyph, punctuation mark, kerning pair, or OpenType feature.
3. Meet accessibility, readability, print, publishing, web, app, or brand system requirements.
4. Be error free, production ready, secure, optimized, or suitable for all professional uses.

You use downloaded font files at your own discretion and risk.

ItsMyType does not review, approve, verify, or legally clear your input or generated font.

We do not check whether your generated font infringes an existing font, logo, brand, design, trademark, copyright, or other rights.

Any preview, download, license note, or confirmation shown on the website does not mean that the generated font is legally cleared for your use.

You are responsible for checking whether the generated font can be legally used in your intended context.

Any information provided by ItsMyType, including license notes, responsible use messages, website copy, help text, examples, or guidance, is for general information only.

It is not legal advice.

If you are unsure whether your input or generated font is legally safe, you should consult a qualified legal professional before using it.

By using ItsMyType, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have the legal right to use the input you provide.
2. Your input does not infringe any third party rights.
3. Your use of the generated font will not infringe any third party rights.
4. You will not use ItsMyType to copy, recreate, imitate, or misuse protected material.
5. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. You will not use the service in a way that exposes ItsMyType, WowMakers, or any third party to legal, commercial, reputational, or technical harm.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ItsMyType, WowMakers Design Agency, its founders, directors, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, service providers, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, complaints, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

1. Your use of ItsMyType.
2. Your input, prompt, uploaded image, reference, file, or other submitted material.
3. Your generated font or downloaded font file.
4. Your personal, commercial, client, public, or trademark related use of any generated font.
5. Any claim that your input or output infringes copyright, trademark, design rights, font rights, licensing terms, publicity rights, privacy rights, moral rights, or other third party rights.
6. Your breach of these Terms.
7. Your violation of any law or regulation.
8. Your misuse of the service.

This indemnity applies even if a claim arises from material you provided unintentionally or without knowing that it may infringe third party rights.

If you believe that material created through ItsMyType infringes your rights, please contact us at: hello@wowmakers.com

Please include:

1. Your name and contact details.
2. A description of the work, font, logo, design, or material you believe has been infringed.
3. A description or link to the allegedly infringing material.
4. A statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized.
5. Proof of ownership or authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.
6. Any other information that may help us review the complaint.

We may remove, restrict, disable, or investigate content, outputs, downloads, accounts, or access where we believe there may be infringement or misuse.

We may also request additional information before taking action.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to ItsMyType at any time if we believe that:

1. You have violated these Terms.
2. Your use may infringe third party rights.
3. Your use may expose ItsMyType, WowMakers, another user, or any third party to legal risk.
4. Your use may harm the security, availability, reputation, or integrity of the service.
5. We are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, rights holder request, platform provider, or service provider.

We may take action without prior notice where necessary.

ItsMyType is an evolving product. Features, generation quality, download formats, file formats, preview tools, pricing, limits, availability, and performance may change over time.

We may update, improve, suspend, limit, discontinue, or replace any part of the service at any time.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error free, or compatible with all systems.

ItsMyType may rely on third party tools, APIs, hosting providers, AI systems, payment providers, analytics tools, email services, or infrastructure providers.

We are not responsible for failures, delays, outages, errors, data handling, policy changes, or actions of third party services.

Your use of third party services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and limitations.

Your use of ItsMyType may involve submitting prompts, images, references, files, or other content.

Our handling of personal information, uploaded files, usage data, and related information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not upload sensitive personal information, confidential client material, private documents, unreleased brand assets, protected business information, or material you are not authorized to share.

ItsMyType is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that:

1. The service will meet your requirements.
2. The generated fonts will be original, unique, non infringing, legally safe, registrable, trademarkable, copyrightable, or commercially suitable.
3. The generated font files will be technically perfect or compatible with all software and systems.
4. The service will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or available at all times.
5. Any defects or issues will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ItsMyType, WowMakers Design Agency, its founders, directors, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or economic damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, loss of opportunity, production costs, legal disputes, client claims, reputational harm, or commercial losses.

This includes any loss or claim arising from:

1. Your use of ItsMyType.
2. Your inability to use ItsMyType.
3. Your input or submitted material.
4. Your generated font or downloaded font file.
5. Similarity between a generated font and any existing font, logo, typeface, lettering style, artwork, or brand identity.
6. Your use of a generated font in personal, commercial, public, trademark, client, or production work.
7. Any third party claim, rights holder complaint, takedown request, or legal dispute.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You are solely responsible for resolving any dispute, claim, complaint, demand, or legal issue arising from your input, generated font, or use of the service.

If a third party contacts you, ItsMyType, WowMakers, or any platform regarding your generated font, you agree to cooperate with us and provide all information reasonably required to investigate and respond to the issue.

We may remove or restrict access to any generated font, output, account, or related material while a dispute is being reviewed.

Your use of ItsMyType does not create an attorney client, designer client, agency client, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and ItsMyType or WowMakers.

Any support, guidance, examples, or suggestions provided by ItsMyType are general product assistance only.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we may update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ItsMyType after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, ItsMyType, generated fonts, or use of the service will be subject to the courts of Kerala, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
